1. Site का स्वरूप
Jentrixor एक informational website है। यह clinic, hospital, pharmacy, telemedicine service, diagnostic laboratory या emergency service नहीं है।
2. Acceptance
Site access करके आप इन terms के अधीन website का उपयोग करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं। अगर आप terms से सहमत नहीं हैं, तो site का उपयोग बंद कर सकते हैं।
3. Eligibility
Content adult sexual-health topics पर है और adults के लिए intended है। Local law के अनुसार access restrictions लागू हो सकती हैं।
4. Medical limitation
Content diagnosis, prescription, test interpretation या individualized treatment नहीं है। Symptoms की evaluation qualified healthcare professional द्वारा medical history, examination और आवश्यकता अनुसार tests के आधार पर होनी चाहिए।
5. Permitted use
आप site को personal, lawful, non-commercial informational use के लिए पढ़ सकते हैं। Accessibility tools, browser translation और reasonable quotation applicable law के अधीन permitted हो सकते हैं।
6. Prohibited use
- Site/security को disrupt करने का प्रयास;
- forms के माध्यम से spam, malware या unlawful material भेजना;
- content को misleading medical endorsement के रूप में प्रस्तुत करना;
- automated activity जो service availability को materially harm करे;
- किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की personal/medical information बिना authority भेजना।
7. Intellectual property
Site text, layout और original design components applicable intellectual-property rules के अधीन हैं। Third-party images अपने respective licenses के अधीन हैं; attribution image-credits page में दिया गया है।
8. Contact form
Form general website/editorial enquiries के लिए है। Medical records, prescriptions, lab reports, financial data या identity documents न भेजें। Submission delivery hosting/mail configuration पर निर्भर है और guaranteed नहीं है।
9. Affiliate model
Site का declared business model affiliate है। Current build में कोई partner या active commission-generating destination configured नहीं है। भविष्य में affiliate links होने पर उन्हें disclosure के अनुरूप identify किया जाना चाहिए।
10. Third-party relationships
किसी future third-party product/service का उल्लेख supplier, manufacturer, doctor या provider relationship की guarantee नहीं बनाता। Third party अपने products, terms और claims के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा।
11. Availability
हम uninterrupted availability की guarantee नहीं करते। Maintenance, hosting failure, security work या network issues के कारण site अस्थायी रूप से unavailable हो सकती है।
12. Accuracy और updates
Health information समय के साथ बदल सकती है। हम content को responsible तरीके से maintain करने का प्रयास करते हैं, लेकिन completeness या suitability for a particular person की guarantee नहीं देते।
13. Liability limitation
Applicable law की सीमा तक, informational use से जुड़े indirect या consequential losses के लिए liability सीमित हो सकती है। यह clause ऐसी liability को exclude नहीं करता जिसे lawfully exclude नहीं किया जा सकता।
14. Consumer rights
इन terms का उद्देश्य mandatory consumer rights को हटाना नहीं है। अगर applicable law कोई non-waivable protection देता है, वह protection prevail करेगी।
15. Governing context
Site India-focused है और New Delhi contact details उपयोग करती है। Exact operator legal entity NOT PROVIDED है; इसलिए specific contractual jurisdiction या company registration invent नहीं किया गया है। Applicable law वास्तविक operator, user location और transaction context पर निर्भर कर सकता है।
16. Changes
Features, law या business model बदलने पर terms revise हो सकते हैं। Material changes deployment owner द्वारा review किए जाने चाहिए।
